プライバシー ポリシー
本プライバシー ポリシーは、Build-Daily-4K（以下「本ツール」）が、Google アカウントおよび YouTube に関する情報をどのように取得・利用・保存するかを説明するものです。本ツールは開発者個人が自分の PC 上で実行するスクリプトであり、開発者が運営するサーバーやデータベースは存在しません。
1. 本ツールが行うこと
本ツールは、利用者の PC 上にある動画クリップを結合し、YouTube Data API v3 を用いて利用者自身の YouTube チャンネルにアップロードします。API へのアクセスは、利用者が Google の同意画面で明示的に許可した場合にのみ行われます。
2. 取得する Google ユーザー データと利用目的
本ツールは次の OAuth スコープを要求します。
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload— 結合した動画を利用者のチャンネルにアップロードするためhttps://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube— 再生リストの作成・動画の追加、ログイン中のチャンネル名の確認、アップロード済み動画の存在確認（拒否・削除の検知）のため
これらのスコープを通じて本ツールが扱う情報は、以下に限られます。
- ログイン中の YouTube チャンネルの ID と名前
- 本ツールがアップロードした動画の ID・URL・タイトル・アップロード状態
- 本ツールが作成または指定した再生リストの ID と、その再生リストに含まれる動画 ID
本ツールは、視聴履歴、コメント、登録チャンネル、連絡先、メール アドレスなど上記以外の情報を取得しません。
3. データの保存場所
- OAuth トークン: 利用者の PC 内の設定フォルダ（
config/youtube_token.json）にのみ保存されます。 - アップロード記録: 動画 ID・URL・タイトル・日時を、利用者の PC 内の記録ファイル（
youtube.json、manifest.jsonl）に保存します。利用者が自分で管理する Git リポジトリにこれらの記録をコピーする機能がありますが、その送信先も利用者自身のリポジトリです。
開発者が運営する外部サーバーへの送信、クラウド上での保管、第三者への提供は一切行いません。
4. データの共有・販売
本ツールは、取得した Google ユーザー データを第三者と共有・販売・貸与しません。広告目的やユーザーのプロファイリングには使用しません。データの送信先は Google（YouTube Data API）のみです。
5. Google API サービス ユーザー データ ポリシーの遵守
本ツールによる Google API から取得した情報の利用・他のアプリへの転送は、Google API サービス ユーザー データ ポリシー（Limited Use の要件を含む）に従います。
Build-Daily-4K's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. YouTube API サービス
本ツールは YouTube API サービスを利用しています。利用者は、本ツールの利用にあたり YouTube 利用規約 にも同意するものとします。また、Google のプライバシー ポリシーは https://policies.google.com/privacy でご確認ください。
7. アクセス権の取り消しとデータの削除
- Google アカウントの サードパーティのアクセス権 ページから、本ツール（Build-Daily-4K）のアクセス権をいつでも取り消せます。
- PC 内に保存されたトークン ファイルと記録ファイルは、利用者が削除することで完全に消去されます。開発者側にデータの複製は存在しません。
8. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページを更新し、最終更新日を改めます。

Privacy Policy (English summary)
Build-Daily-4K ("the Tool") is a personal command-line script that runs on the user's own computer. The developer operates no server or database.
Google user data we access
The Tool requests the youtube.upload and youtube OAuth scopes in order to upload compilation videos to the user's own YouTube channel, create or manage a playlist, read the signed-in channel's ID and name, and check whether previously uploaded videos still exist. It does not access watch history, comments, subscriptions, contacts, or email addresses.
Storage
The OAuth token is stored only in a local file on the user's computer. Upload records (video IDs, URLs, titles, timestamps) are stored in local files and, optionally, in a Git repository owned by the user. No data is sent to any server operated by the developer.
Sharing
Google user data is never shared with, sold to, or transferred to third parties, and is not used for advertising or profiling. The only recipient is Google (YouTube Data API).
Limited Use
The Tool's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
YouTube API Services
The Tool uses YouTube API Services. By using it you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's privacy policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Revoking access and deleting data
Access can be revoked at any time from Google Account › Third-party access. Deleting the local token and record files removes all stored data; no copy exists on the developer's side.
