利用規約
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Build-Daily-4K（以下「本ツール」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本ツールを利用することで、利用者は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. 本ツールの性質
本ツールは、開発者が個人的に使用するために作成した、利用者の PC 上で動作するコマンドライン スクリプトです。開発者はサーバーやオンライン サービスを運営しておらず、動画の処理と YouTube へのアップロードはすべて利用者の環境で行われます。
2. 利用条件
- 利用者は、自分が管理する Google アカウントおよび YouTube チャンネルに対してのみ本ツールを使用できます。
- 利用者は、アップロードする動画について必要な権利を有し、YouTube コミュニティ ガイドラインおよび適用される法令を遵守する責任を負います。
- 本ツールを通じて YouTube API サービスを利用する場合、利用者は YouTube 利用規約 および Google プライバシー ポリシー にも従うものとします。
3. Google アカウントの認可
本ツールは、利用者が Google の同意画面で許可した範囲内でのみ YouTube Data API にアクセスします。取得した認可トークンは利用者の PC に保存され、利用者はいつでも Google アカウントの設定からアクセス権を取り消せます。データの取り扱いについては プライバシー ポリシー をご確認ください。
4. 免責事項
本ツールは現状有姿（as is）で提供され、商品性、特定目的への適合性、非侵害性を含むいかなる明示的または黙示的な保証も行いません。開発者は、本ツールの使用または使用不能から生じるいかなる損害（データの消失、アップロードの失敗、YouTube API のクォータ超過、動画の拒否や削除を含む）についても責任を負いません。
5. 本ツールの変更・終了
開発者は、事前の通知なく本ツールの機能を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。
6. 本規約の変更
本規約を変更する場合は、本ページを更新し、最終更新日を改めます。

Terms of Service (English summary)
Build-Daily-4K ("the Tool") is a personal command-line script that runs on the user's own computer. The developer operates no server or online service.
- You may use the Tool only with Google accounts and YouTube channels that you control.
- You are responsible for the content you upload and for complying with the YouTube Community Guidelines and applicable law.
- Because the Tool uses YouTube API Services, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.
- The Tool accesses the YouTube Data API only within the scopes you grant on Google's consent screen; you can revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings.
- The Tool is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from its use, including data loss, failed uploads, API quota exhaustion, or rejected or removed videos.
- The developer may change or discontinue the Tool without notice. Changes to these terms will be posted on this page.
